1 About SheoraGlow

SheoraGlow is a beauty booking platform that connects customers with verified parlour owners ("Vendors"). We provide the technology and marketplace — the actual beauty services are provided by independent Vendors, not by SheoraGlow.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use SheoraGlow. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3 User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts for deceptive purposes.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4 Bookings & Cancellations

When you book an appointment through SheoraGlow:

• You are entering into a service agreement with the Vendor, not with SheoraGlow.
• Cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be recorded and affect your ability to book in the future.
• Payment is made directly to the Vendor at the time of service, unless otherwise stated.

5 Vendor Terms

Vendors who list their parlours on SheoraGlow agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information about their services and pricing.
• Honour all confirmed bookings made through the platform.
• Maintain professional standards and treat customers with respect.
• Comply with all applicable local laws and health & safety regulations.
• Not use the platform for fraudulent or deceptive practices.

6 Reviews & Content

You may post reviews of parlours you have visited. By submitting a review, you confirm it reflects your honest experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are:

• Fake, paid, or incentivised.
• Defamatory, abusive, or offensive.
• Unrelated to the actual service received.

7 Limitation of Liability

SheoraGlow is a marketplace and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by Vendors. We are not liable for:

• Any harm, loss, or injury arising from beauty services.
• Disputes between customers and Vendors.
• Service cancellations or no-shows by Vendors.

8 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of SheoraGlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
